What You Will DoProvide inbound phone assistance to private customers.Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing,

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer?facing sales, telesales, etc.).
Strong communication & problem?solving skills.Ability to work on?site in Lisbon.EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa.Location & ScheduleOn?site position in Lisbon.Rotative shifts between 06:*****:00, Monday–Sunday.40 h/week (8 h/day + 1 h break).
