ppbLocation: /b Florence, Italy (In-Person) /p pWe are looking for an experienced bTour Operations OTA Executive /b to join our team in Florence, supporting our Spain Museums business.
/p pThis is a full-time, office-based position.
bOnly candidates with previous tour operator experience will be considered.
/b /p h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 pApplicants bmust /b meet ball /b of the following requirements: /p ul libMinimum 2 years of experience working for a tour operator, DMC, incoming travel agency, or tours activities company.
/b /li libHands-on experience managing daily tour operations from booking through completion.
/b /li libStrong experience with OTA platforms, including GetYourGuide, Viator, Headout, Tiqets, Tripadvisor Experiences, and similar distribution channels.
/b /li libStrong working knowledge of Rezdy booking system (mandatory).
/b /li liExperience managing reservations, availability, inventory, pricing, and booking modifications.
/li liExperience coordinating suppliers, guides, transportation providers, and operational logistics.
/li liExperience handling customer service before, during, and after tours.
/li liExperience managing high-volume bookings and multiple daily departures.
/li liExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.




/li liFluent English (spoken and written).
/li liStrong computer skills, including Google Workspace, CRM systems, and booking platforms.
/li liAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
/li liHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
/li liMust be based in Florence or the surrounding area with a valid Italian work permit.
/li liAvailable to work full-time from our Florence office, including weekends and public holidays when required.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liSpanish and/or Italian language skills.
/li liAdditional languages such as French, German, or Portuguese.
/li liExperience with museums, attractions, or cultural tourism.
/li liSales or account management experience within the tourism industry.
