In this role, you will work on the technical onboarding and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into our trading platform — ensuring seamless connectivity, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset performance.
/ppLocation: Milan, Italy /ppEmployment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term /ppWorking Mode: Office first set-up /ppLanguage Requirement: C1 proficiency in Italian and English /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the full technical onboarding process for BESS assets, from initial planning to go-live.
/liliDrive and coordinate end-to-end integrations, ensuring that every new asset in Italy is seamlessly connected to Entrix's trading and control platform.
/liliDefine, design, and implement communication flows between BESS controllers, EMS, SCADA and Entrix systems.
/liliEnsure technical compliance with grid regulations and market participation rules in Italy, coordinating closely with regulatory bodies and the grid operators.
/liliSupport our customers and our own required registrations, pre-qualifications, certifications, licenses, acceptance tests necessary for the assets' participation in envisioned energy markets both on the trade as well as on the technical delivery side.
/liliCollaborate directly with cross-functional teams, from software engineers to data scientists, to optimize data flows, telemetry, and real-time trading execution.
/liliTranslate complex project requirements into clear implementation plans, aligning timelines with our Business and Product teams.




/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3bMandatory Requirements /b /h3ulliA degree or equivalent in Engineering, Energy Systems, Automation or a related field.
/lili3+ years (5+ for Senior) of experience in technical project management, energy systems, or BESS/RES integration.
/liliProven experience with API integrations and real-time asset control systems.
/liliStrong relationship-building skills with customers partners/regulatory organizations.
(DSO, TSO, EPC) /liliProactive, creative and solution oriented with strong attention to detail.
/liliExcellent communication skills, able to bring clarity to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
/liliFluent in Italian, with full business proficiency in English.
