and/or operation manuals /li liUnderstanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures /li liMaintaining a safe and clean work environment /li liAbility to repair equipment in close proximity to explosives /li liOther duties as assigned /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship /li liMust be 18 years or older /li liAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) /li liBasic computer skills /li liAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation /liliAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) /li liAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) /li liExperience troubleshooting and maintaining various electrical components and systems (low, medium, or high voltage) /li liAbility to work underground in a mining environment /li liCurrent ATF certification or the ability to obtain one upon hire /li liAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) /li liCertified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willing to acquire certification /li liHeavy equipment/industrial maintenance technical diploma from a trade school, or 3 years equivalent experience /li liPredictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance Certifications /li liExperience with high voltage (15kV) power distribution systems /li liHigh school diploma/GED or two-year equivalent work experience /li /ul pImportant note: Eligible candidates must receive a passing score on a Ramsay standarized test. /p pRoutine background check and Alcohol Tobacco and Firearm (ATF) "Explosives Possessor" background check: To ensure a safe working environment for all employees, we will conduct a criminal background check. /p pConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
