/p pbDenna position rapporterar till: /b Global Procurement Manager /p h3Your role and responsibilities /h3 pThe Global Procurement Analyst provides analytical, reporting, and process support to the Global Procurement organisation across multiple business units and geographies.
The role combines financial acumen, data analytics, and sourcing knowledge to generate actionable insights that drive cost optimisation, improve supplier performance, and enhance procurement governance globally.
/p pThe work model for the role is: hybrid/remote /p ul liContributing to the development and implementation of procurement standards, tools, and processes in the global organization /li liDevelop and maintain global spend analytics dashboards and category spend reports using SAP, Power BI, or similar tools.
/li liConduct purchase price variance (PPV) analysis, cost forecasting, and savings tracking against annual targets.
/li liMonitor and report supplier KPIs (quality, delivery, cost) and support quarterly business review (QBR) preparation.
/li liSupport Global team in the Sustainabiity targets and REACH et RoHS.
/li liAssist in risk analysis: supply base concentration risk, single-source dependency, geopolitical risk mapping.
/li liSupport sustainability and compliance initiatives (ESG supplier assessments, trade compliance, ABB supplier code of conduct).
/li liSupport ad hoc preparation and execution of global RFQ/RFP processes: data collection, bid normalisation, total cost of ownership (TCO) modelling, and award recommendations.

/p h3Qualifications for the role /h3 ul li2–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain analytics, or operations.
/li liStrong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, and SAP/ERP systems.
/li liBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
/li liExperience with spend analytics tools (SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or similar) is a plus.
/li liSolid understanding of procurement processes: sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and PO management.
/li liExcellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
/li liFluent English (written and verbal); additional language (Italian, Spanish, Bulgarian, or other) is a plus.
/li liAbility to work effectively across different time zones and multicultural teams.
