/p pWe are seeking a motivated SAP SD Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Business Applications team.
/p pPlease note: depending on the location of the candidate, we are open to filling this position on our locations in Italy (Riese Pio X or Padua) or Slovenia (Grosuplje).
/p h3Your Tasks Responsibilities /h3 pIn this role, you will support the design, implementation, rollout, and optimization of SAP Sales and Distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA and integrated application landscapes.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, external partners, and international project teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP SD solutions and contribute to successful transformation initiatives.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze, design, configure, and support SAP SD processes in SAP S/4HANA, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and credit/debit processes.
/li liTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, process designs, and SAP SD configuration concepts.
/li liCollaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and system integrators to deliver end-to-end SAP SD solutions.
/li liSupport SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and optimization activities with a focus on Sales Distribution.
/li liCoordinate and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for SAP SD processes and interfaces.
/li liPrepare documentation, training materials, process descriptions,



and solution handover documents.
/li liSupport organizational change management, user adoption, and key-user enablement related to SAP SD solutions.
/li liAnalyze and resolve incidents, defects, and process issues in cooperation with business users and technical teams.
/li liEnsure compliance with company governance, SAP standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
/li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
/li liApproximately 5 years of professional experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a comparable SAP functional consulting role.
/li liSolid hands?on experience with SAP SD configuration and end?to?end sales processes, ideally in SAP S/4HANA environments.
/li liSAP SD certification, SAP S/4HANA certification, or SAP Activate knowledge is an advantage.
/li liSAP S/4HANA project experience, especially in sales, distribution, logistics, or order?to?cash processes.
/li liExperience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, support, or process optimization projects.
/li liGood understanding of integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, LE, PP, and CRM or related applications.
/li liExperience in manufacturing, industrial, medical products, or international sales and service environments are a plus.
/li liExperience working in international and cross?functional environments.
/li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrong functional knowledge of SAP SD processes, customizing, master data,



pricing, output management, and document flows.
/li liGood understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and integration with surrounding SAP and non?SAP systems.
/li liAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
/li liStrong analytical and problem?solving abilities, including structured incident and defect resolution.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
/li liCollaborative team player with a proactive, service?oriented, and results?focused mindset.
/li liFluent English is required; Italian language skills are optional.
German language skills are a plus.
