/ph3What you'll work on /h3ulliDesign and implement bB2B lead generation strategies /b with a strong outbound focus /liliBuild and optimize bmultichannel outreach systems /b (email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows) /liliDefine ICPs, segmentation logic, and lead qualification frameworks /liliImprove funnel performance: lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution /liliAudit and optimize existing client acquisition systems /liliTranslate business goals into concrete, measurable acquisition plans /liliSupport and mentor junior team members when needed /liliContribute to internal playbooks and service development /li /ulh3What we're looking for /h3ulliProven senior experience in bB2B lead generation and outbound marketing /b /liliStrong consulting mindset: you diagnose, prioritize,
