You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and processes.Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement.Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities.Train and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies.Serve as the technical reference for the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring adherence to standards and supporting continuous improvement.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or proven experience in manufacturing engineering,
