ppThe Industrial Controller is responsible for supporting the financial and operational performance of the manufacturing plant and project execution activities.
This role ensures accurate cost controlling, profitability analysis, and performance monitoring in a project?based manufacturing environment within an international group structure.
The position acts as a key business partner for Operations, Production, Project Management, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring transparency on plant performance and project margins.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport monthly closing activities related to industrial accounting and plant performance.
/liliMonitor inventory valuation and work in progress (WIP).
/liliEnsure accuracy of product costing and contribution margin analysis.
/liliMonitor and analyze manufacturing costs, production efficiency, labor productivity, and overhead absorption.
/liliIdentify cost optimisation opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
/liliAnalyze monthly plant performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
/liliPrepare and review standard costing.
/liliSupport Project Controllers and Operations teams in margin analysis and profitability monitoring.
/liliProvide financial insights to other functions.
/liliParticipate in operational meetings and performance reviews.
/liliPrepare monthly management reporting.
/liliEnsure timely and accurate reporting to local management.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
/lili3–5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Plant Controlling, or in an audit firm (Big 4).
/liliFluent in English.
/liliAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
/liliKnowledge of cost accounting and industrial finance processes.
/liliExperience in engineer?to?order (ETO) and project manufacturing is a plus.
/liliExperience in multinational companies is a strong advantage.
/liliKnowledge of BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.
/li /ulh3Compensation and Benefits /h3pEmployment will be under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria).
The indicative salary range is between €35,000 and €45,000 gross annual income (RAL) and will be assessed based on experience, technical expertise, level of autonomy, and market alignment.
The overall compensation package may include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process.
