ph3Job Description /h3pIf you are a bInternal Project Manager /b professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you in bLugagnano Val d’Arda (PC) /b. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end order management process within a manufacturing environment, supporting project execution from quotation through shipment. You will collaborate across multiple functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer requirements, and achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, collaboration, and operational excellence. /ph3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3ulliSupport the quotation process by reviewing customer requirements, technical specifications, lead times, documentation needs, and production capabilities. /liliManage the complete project execution process from order entry through final shipment, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project requirements. /liliCoordinate with planning, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet project milestones and delivery commitments. /liliLead internal project kickoff meetings and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout project execution. /liliReview and coordinate customer documentation, comments, technical clarifications, and change requests while assessing schedule and cost impacts. /liliMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain timelines and operational performance. /liliSupport customer meetings, inspections, and site visits, serving as a key point of contact for production-related activities. /liliEnsure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and Emerson procedures throughout the project lifecycle.



/liliProvide regular status updates and actionable insights to stakeholders, helping drive informed decision-making and successful project outcomes. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall project performance. /li /ulh3Who You Are: /h3pYou effectively prioritize and plan work to ensure activities are aligned with organizational goals and customer commitments. You build strong relationships across functions, working collaboratively to influence outcomes, resolve challenges, and achieve shared objectives. /ph3For This Role, You Will Need: /h3ulliDegree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, or a related field. /liliProfessional experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, operations, or project-driven environment. /liliAbility to interpret technical information, specifications, and customer requirements. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. /liliEffective communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. /liliFluency in English and Italian.

The salary range for this role is 30000 47000 EURannually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role. This role is covered by the Industria Metalmeccanica Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which defines the applicable compensation structure and progression ( CCNL Metalmeccanici — Assolombarda ). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
