For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect.Nadara is expanding its pan-European renewable platform and is looking for a M&A; & Brownfield Investments Senior Manager to drive brownfield origination and M&A; execution across key markets.

This role combines strategic sourcing, complex deal leadership and cross-border execution within a fast-growing international environment.

Monitor market dynamics including remuneration schemes, grid constraints, repowering frameworks and regulatory evolution.Market & Opportunity ScreeningPerform rapid technical and commercial screening of brownfield assets.Identify strategic fit and define acquisition rationale aligned with Nadara's portfolio strategy.Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms,



exclusivity and LOIs/MoUs.Partner with Legal to adapt documentation to local jurisdictions.Investment Case & Financial AnalysisDevelop robust business cases tailored to each market.Prepare and present Investment Committee materials and clear acquisition theses.Execution & ClosingLead CP management and closings across multiple legal systems, liaising with lenders, advisors and partners.Ensure effective handover to Asset Management and Operations.Experience & SkillsExperience8 years in M&A; or Corporate Development, ideally within renewables or infrastructure.Strong experience managing complex cross-border deal processes and external stakeholderSkillsAdvanced understanding of valuation, financial modelling and scenario analysis.Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural stakeholder management.Fluent English; Italian, Spanish, French or Portuguese are a plus.Pay and benefitsAt Nadara, we're committed to creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.Our rewards package reflects that commitment, including flexible ways of working, continuous learning and development opportunities, and initiatives focused on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.We recognise effort and dedication, and we make sure it's matched with fair pay and meaningful benefits
