We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Risk Services team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme .
This role will be based in Milan for a hybrid role.
Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk , a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, human capital, and investments ( Oliver Wyman, Guy Carpenter, Mercer ).
You will have the opportunity to work on activities related to enterprise risks for industrial companies, providing expert advice to clients in the design, implementation, and improvement of approaches, methodologies, and tools aimed at integrating risk management into their internal processes.
You will support senior colleagues in designing and implementing risk management frameworks, including:
Quantitative risk analysis
Strategic plan risk analysis
Risk reporting
Develop ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing clients' internal controls and risk management systems
Collaborate with colleagues from other teams (e.g. cyber, compliance, public entities) to implement cross-functional solutions and products for our clients
University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.).
Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English
Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint)

The programme starts with a 6-month internship.
At the end of the 6-month internship, based on the tutors' evaluation, the internship can proceed through an apprenticeship contract offering a starting gross annual salary of €******.
