The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/p bLanguages knowledge: /b ul libFrench (C1/C2) /b /li /ul bTasks: /b p• Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail /p p• E-commerce and after-sales support:



assisting customers in their online purchases /p bContract: /b pFull time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week /p bQualifications: /b p• Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
/p p• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
