/p h3Your seat to fill: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a comprehensive PR, influencer, and VIP strategy aligned with the brand positioning and overall business objectives /li liBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with media, agencies, talents, and strategic partners, with a focus on the fashion, lifestyle, design, art, and music sectors /li liIdentify, manage, and oversee VIPs, opinion leaders, tastemakers, and talents aligned with the brand identity, including negotiations, contract management, briefings, deliverables, timelines, and budget responsibility /li liLead seeding and gifting strategies, as well as social and PR amplification initiatives and paid influencer campaigns /li liCollaborate closely with the Events team in planning and executing global PR events and guest lists, including VIP management, hospitality, and support for local community activations /li liDevelop and coordinate strategic initiatives to grow local communities in key cities, closely connected to cultural calendars and with a strong focus on flagship locations /li liIdentify, establish,



and manage strategic partnerships for product placements, social amplification, and events /li liServe as the central point of contact for local teams and PR agencies worldwide, including the management and approval of global and local influencer activities, as well as the definition and implementation of KPIs and performance objectives /li liDevelop and manage global toolkits, materials, and guidelines to support international teams /li liMonitor, analyze, and report on media coverage, campaign performance, and ROI /li /ul h3Your stroll to CYBEX: /h3 ul liSuccessfully completed degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Fashion Management, Media Studies, or a comparable field /li liProfessional experience within luxury lifestyle, design, or interior brands /li liStrong experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications /li liExcellent international network of media contacts, key opinion leaders, agencies, and influencers /li liProven success in managing influencer partnerships, VIP activations, and talent collaborations /li liConfident handling of influencer platforms as well as analytics and reporting tools /li liStrong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current digital trends /li liExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment /li liProactive and confident personality with a strong understanding of premium brand positioning and outstanding communication skills /li liBusiness-fluent English skills; German language skills are considered a plus /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
