Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will drive product compliance and the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure quality, environmental, and safety performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D;, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into product development and procurement.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering and Supply Chain to embed compliance requirements into product development and procurement processes
- Maintain up-to-date product compliance documentation (declarations of conformity, technical files) and address customer requests regarding performance and compliance
- Ensure compliance with environmental directives/regulations (WEEE, RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals) and identify gaps and corrective actions




- Support the implementation and maintenance of the IMS framework (Quality, Environmental, Safety) per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IRIS, MID
- Document, communicate, and enforce IMS policies and procedures; drive CAPA from audits, non-conformities, and customer feedback
- Monitor evolving environmental legislation and translate into actions across the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field with a focus on Quality, Environmental Science, or Sustainability
- Ability to work cross-functionally in international teams; strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office tools and quality/sustainability management platforms
- Italian and English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance topics simultaneously
