Our stores are the first point of contact with our consumers and the heart of everything we do.Your Role & ImpactAs Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards.
You help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.You act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and complianceLead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service cultureMotivate, coach,
