Responsibilities * Provide legal advice and support on digital business initiatives, including AI, cloud services, datacentre, software, licensing, and technology-driven solutions. * Responsible for guiding the company's digital strategy, leveraging AI and emerging technologies. * Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of digital and technology-related agreements with global customers, partners, and suppliers. * Support digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. * Advise on intellectual property, cybersecurity, and related regulatory issues impacting digital business. * Collaborate with global and local Legal & Integrity colleagues to ensure consistency of approach across jurisdictions. * Monitor legal and regulatory trends in digital and technology markets, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. * Protect the company's reputation by ensuring operations meet ethical and compliance standards.



* Provide training and guidance to business stakeholders on legal issues relevant to digital offerings. Requirements * Qualified lawyer with ***** years of experience in commercial/technology law. * Strong expertise in digital, AI, IT, cyber law, software licensing, cloud, data centre, and data protection law. * Previous experience in Robotics sector is preferred but not required. * Proven track record in negotiating complex technology agreements across international markets. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders. * Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance innovation and risk. * Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset. #J-*****-Ljbffr
