International HR Learning Specialist - French Speaker
As International HR Learning Specialist , you will join People Learning and Development team at Saipem SpA, based in Milan.
Collaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans
Design and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training
Evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results
Monitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs
Promotion of a learning culture within the organization
Feeding and updating training information within company systems
Education: A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master's degree in training or HR will be considered a plus.
Background: 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad. Given the company's international profile,



having professional experience abroad will be considered a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in English and French is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an additional asset.
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred. Familiarity with an LMS (Learning Management System), preferably Oracle, is mandatory.
