Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional IB MYP/DP Economics and Business Teacher to start in August 2026. The position is full‑time and includes classroom instruction, team collaboration and school‑wide responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and assess inquiry‑based lessons in accordance with IB standards.
- Prepare lessons, set and mark examinations, and write student reports.
- Use the learning management system effectively.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Support student personal development and well‑being.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, unit planning and assessment development.
- Engage with digital tools to enhance student learning.
- Participate in meet­ings, pastoral duties and cover lessons as required.

Qualifications and Experience
- Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work visa).
- A bachelor’s degree and teacher qualification or an equivalent accredited programme.




- Minimum two years of recent and relevant experience in a comparable school environment.
- Teaching experience in IB MYP and/or DP, particularly in Economics and Business.
- Strong instructional planning and organisational skills.
- Digital literacy and experience with learning platforms.
- Fluency in English (CEFR C1–C2).

Contract and Compensation
- Fixed‑term contract with potential for extension.
- Salary range: €28,000–€40,000 gross per year.
