As Logistics Coordinator,



you will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, transport is coordinated effectively, and outbound activity is completed to a high standard. You will work closely with planning, despatch, finance, commercial teams, customer contacts and partner hauliers to support service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing end-to-end non-EDI customer order processing with accuracy and pace
- Completing daily group performance metrics and supporting visibility of key operational measures
- Coordinating and booking internal and external transport requirements
- Maintaining accurate order and de-hire records for hired equipment, including CHEP and IFCO
- Collating outbound documentation, both paper and digital, and liaising with finance to support accurate and timely invoicing
- Completing outbound trace audits as required
- Acting as the primary point of contact for partner
