With an extensive international portfolio spanning major stadiums, arenas, and mixed-use developments, the business provides end-to-end project leadership, strategic advisory, and delivery services to public and private sector clients.Reporting to the Project Executive, the Senior Project Director will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and delivery of a landmark sports stadium development in Rome, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, programme, and stakeholder satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall Project Leadership & Governance

Lead the day-to-day delivery of the stadium project, providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight across all project stages from design development through construction and handover.
Team Leadership & Management
Directly manage and mentor the project delivery team, including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Controls, and support staff, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and high performance.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary senior interface with the client, authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders, managing relationships, expectations, and decision-making on a complex, high-profile development.
Programme, Cost & Risk Control
Oversee project controls including programme, budget, risk, and reporting, ensuring timely
