Structural and Architectural works packages on site, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme performance are achieved.This is a highly technical role requiring strong coordination across subcontractors, design teams, and QA/QC functions, with a focus on right-first-time delivery and zero-defect execution.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily site execution of CSA works including civils, structural, and architectural scopes
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, and benchmarks
- Maintain quality control across all construction activities, supporting a zero-defects approach
- Coordinate closely with the QA/QC team to ensure timely submission of documentation and compliance records
- Review contractor work and raise snag lists through the approved project platform
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and track progress against the construction progra
