Job description

Permanent Staffing, a specialized division of Staff S.p.A., is looking for a Sales Assistant belonging to Protected Categories (L.68/99) for an important company in the Beauty sector to be included in the sales point of the Centro Commerciale Nave de Vero - Marghera (VE).

The selected candidate will join a dynamic and customer-oriented team, contributing to ensuring a curated, welcoming, and brand-aligned shopping experience.

Main activities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- welcoming and assisting customers, guiding them through all phases of the sales process and offering personalized service
- managing cash operations




- restocking and setting up the sales point according to company guidelines
- monitoring stock levels and supporting warehouse activities

Required skills

The ideal candidate possesses:
- enrollment in the targeted placement lists (L.68/99)
- excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
- flexibility and willingness to work shifts
- experience, even brief, gained in retail
- problem-solving skills and priority management

Offer details
- Initial fixed-term contract of 6 months, aimed at permanent placement
- CCNL Commercio, 5th level, tempo parziale 21h
- Indicative annual gross salary: € 11,500 – € 12,500
- Continuous training on products, rituals, and sales techniques
