We are looking for a passionate and highly connected Concierge to join our 5-star luxury hotel in Rome, delivering bespoke experiences with elegance,
discretion and deep cultural awareness.
This role is designed for a hospitality professional able to anticipate guests’ needs, curate unique itineraries and represent the very essence of Roman excellence and international luxury service.
What will you do?
- Anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries.
- Excellent knowledge of all local points of interest as well as the hotel products and services, including room types and rates, relative features and facilities and food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed in a timely manner.
- Deliver personalised concierge services to an international luxury clientele
- Curate exclusive experiences, reservations and tailor-made itineraries
- Promote Rome’s cultural, artistic and gastronomic heritage with confidence and storytelling ability
