Galileo is a fast-growing renewable energy IPP, investor and operator, currently in the very dynamic start-up phase. Since our foundation in 2020, we have secured a pipeline of over 16 GW of solar PV, onshore wind, offshore wind and storage projects across 10 markets in Europe.

What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the successful execution of sell‑side, buy‑side and partnership transactions by working on the whole spectrum from inception to closing.
- Build and maintain integrated financial models for M&A;, project valuation and project finance purposes, including sensitivity analyses and scenario assessments.
- Analyse and roll‑out the strategic entry in new geographical markets and the development of new business models (solar I&C;, BESS, floating offshore).
- Contribute to the analysis of project economics and investment returns, supporting decision‑making across development, construction and operational phases.
- Support the structuring, negotiation and execution of project finance transactions, refinancing processes and other debt‑raising activities.




- Based in Milan with the possibility of hybrid remote working; report to the Chief Investment Officer.

Requirements
- Excellent academic background with a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering (degrees in STEM are also suitable if accompanied with background in economics or finance).
- Initial work experience (ideally up to 2 years) within consulting, private equity, infrastructure funds, investment banking/M&A;, or corporate M&A; or project finance functions, with a desirable focus in the energy/renewables business.
- Financial modelling experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. Another European language would be a plus.
- Enthusiasm and self‑motivation, including a willingness to take on new challenges and broad responsibilities.
