WHAT YOU WILL DO

No two days at sea are the same. You’ll be at the center of the guest experience, creating energy, connections and memorable moments together with an international team.

• Lead engaging games, dance activities and entertainment programs for guests of all ages

• Encourage interaction among guests by breaking cultural and language barriers

• Plan and deliver daily animation activities aligned with guest expectations

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and onboard revenue

• Handle guest feedback proactively, ensuring quick and effective solutions

WHO YOU ARE

Required

· Secondary school diploma (preferably in hospitality or tourism)

· Previous experience in entertainment (hotels, resorts or cruise ships)

· English level B1 or higher to communicate with an international guest base

· Additional European languages (Italian, French,



German, Spanish) at B1/B2 level

· Strong communication and public speaking skills to engage large audiences

· Positive attitude, adaptability and team spirit in a dynamic environment

· Experience working in multicultural teams

· Creative mindset with ability to design activities
