Our client is an Italian-German industrial group specialized in hydraulic components and integrated solutions for mobile and industrial applications. For over 40 years, the Group has combined mechanical expertise, application know-how and technological innovation to support international OEMs and industrial customers. To support its international growth, the Group is looking for an experienced Sales Area Manager to develop the Central European market.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in technical sales within hydraulics, fluid power, industrial machinery or related technologies, together with a strong interest in business development and innovative solutions combining hydraulics, electronics and electrification.
Territory: DACH, Benelux and Czech Republic
Location: Germany, with Home Office
Contract: Permanent position under German employment contract
Salary range: 75,000 85,000 gross annual salary
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing customers, including OEMs,
distributors and strategic accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in mobile machinery and industrial applications.
- Promote hydraulic components and integrated electronic and electrification solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and order acquisition.
- Build long-term customer relationships by proposing tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Management and R&D; during project development.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses and business development plans.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and technological developments.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data through CRM systems.
- Represent the Group at exhibitions, technical events and customer meetings.
