As Assistant Store Manager, you know how to make retail personal. It’s not about transactions, it's about connections. You will focus on execution, product presentation and service, to show your team and the customer what you know - what’s great about the product and why. To that end you will assist the Store Manager by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, team management, VM etc.)

Your main responsibilities are:
Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team to achieve and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide premium customer service, resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Previous experience of at least 2-3 years as an Assistant Store Manager in structured retail context.
Knowledge of KPIs and analytical skills.
