Your RoleYou will contribute to the development of a test system for three-phase inverter boards, typically used for motor control applications,
by leveraging an electronic load to emulate either a three-phase resistive-inductive load or, alternatively, a motor simulator.
The internship will include:
- a preliminary study of the technical challenge and modelling/simulation activities in Matlab or equivalent tools;
- a feasibility assessment on existing hardware platforms and boards;
- the definition of the algorithms to be implemented;
- the selection of the most suitable base system for implementation;
- a hands‑on experimental validation in the laboratory.
The activity will provide exposure to power electronics, control strategies, simulation, and experimental verification in an industrial application context.
Your skills & experiences
- On going or completed Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Interest in power electronics, motor control, and test systems
