YOUR OPPORTUNITYAs Regional Sales Manager On Trade Italy, you will lead Bacardi’s commercial and cultural strategy in your region, being responsible for teams of Field Managers and Business Managers, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives, talent development, and proper regional execution of the national strategy. Your leadership will make the difference. You will be a reference in culture, execution, and results, driving sustainable business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES WITH THE CONSUMER AT THE CENTER, YOUR MAIN OBJECTIVES WILL BE:
- Commercial Execution: Ensure achievement of commercial objectives for volume, GP, and GM, breaking down targets by sub‑zone, channel, and key customer segment. Continuously optimize pricing, discount, and margin plans, working with the Reve
