Your role

We are looking for a Digital Transformation & Workplace Experience Intern who will join a dynamic and international environment, contributing to strategic digital transformation projects across the company.
The role focuses on two key areas:
Intelligent automation of administrative and legal processes
Enhancement of Workplace Experience across company sites This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the evolution of internal digital services.
Main responsibilities:
Digital Transformation (focus on AI & Process Automation)
Support the development of a group-wide PEC process automation project using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence
Analyze current workflows (receipt, classification, routing, archiving) to identify optimization opportunities
