You will partner closely with senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions that strengthen collaboration, foster agility, and create a results‑focused organization.Principal AccountabilitiesStrategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities.Supply Chain Capability & Talent Development: Lead the design and delivery of talent management programmes, performance management, succession planning and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network.Change & Engagement Leadership: Drive engagement, support transformation initiatives, harmonise HR practices across plants and foster a collaborative,



high‑performing culture.HR Operations & Project Management: Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, policies and systems (Success Factors, People Link/Workday) and manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance and workforce planning.Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields.Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.Experience in matrix, international organisations with strong HR business partnering, talent and capability development.Hands‑on experience with HR systems (Success Factors, Workday, People Link) and a strong data‑driven mindset.Skilled in change management with a passion for driving transformation and engagement.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels, adaptable, approachable and a strong team player.
