About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT Support team. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, good troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a professional IT environment.
The Junior Helpdesk Specialist will provide first-level technical support to end users, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware, software, and access-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Provide first-level technical support to employees via ticketing system, phone, email, and remote assistance tools.

- Log, classify, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests.

- Troubleshoot common issues related to:
- Windows operating systems/Office applications
- Microsoft 365 services
- Printers and peripheral devices

- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.

- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.

- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and standard software.





- Assist users with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and collaboration tools.

Required Skills & Experience

- Basic knowledge of IT support principles and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Familiarity with:
- Windows 10/11 environments
- Microsoft 365 fundamentals
- Active Directory basics
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)

- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers).

- Good problem-solving attitude and ability to learn quickly.

- Good level of English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Previous internship or experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.

- Basic PowerShell knowledge is considered an advantage.
