About the job
Lead the transformation of the Colored Sinks category by turning Franke into the global trendsetter in colored food‐preparation solutions. Drive breakthrough innovation across Composite Sink, redefining consumer expectations through iconic design, superior functionality and system‐based solutions. Report directly to the Head of Global Category Management Sinks & Accessories (based in Italy).
- Own and drive the global Colored Sinks category, covering all three material segments: Fragranite, Tectonite, and Ceramic
- Define and execute the global category strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and growth
- Operate within the Central Category Management organization, as part of the Global Category Sinks & Accessories (including Stainless Steel sinks, Colored Sinks, Accessories, and Waste Kits)
- Lead in a global matrix environment, leveraging:




- Dedicated regional product managers across eight country clusters
- Cross‐functional teams, including R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain
- Ensure alignment and execution across markets, driving consistency, innovation, and performance at scale
- Define and drive the global Colored Sinks strategy, managing a competitive, design‐led portfolio across materials and markets
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and consumer needs to strengthen positioning and unlock new business potential

Innovation & Lifecycle Management
- Lead innovation and product lifecycle end‐to‐end, from concept to commercialization, including portfolio evolution, pricing, and go‐to‐market execution
- Own full product lifecycle management, including launches, phase‐outs, and margin evolution, pricing strategy

Performance & Integration
- Deliver above‐market growth and end‐to‐end financial performance, while driving cross‐categor
