Tasks
As Project Manager BESS, you will lead and coordinate Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Italy throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early‑stage opportunity assessment and project acquisition through development, permitting, construction, and commissioning.

You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and advancing attractive BESS opportunities while ensuring technical, commercial, regulatory, and financial viability. Working closely with internal development, engineering,



commercial, legal, and external stakeholders, you will contribute to building a high‑quality and profitable project pipeline in the respective market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage BESS projects throughout all development stages, from project inception or acquisition to commercial operation.
- Coordinate and steer project development activities in accordance with country‑specific regulations, permitting requirements, and market conditions.
- Evaluate greenfield and acquisition opportunities, including technical, regulatory, commercial, and financial due diligence.
- Manage relationships with landowners, authorities, grid operators, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate permitting processes and ensure compliance with applicable national and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop optimal BESS system configurations based on
