Join Pega's Consulting organisation as a Consulting Solution Executive (CSE) —a quota-carrying seller responsible for driving professional services revenue. What You'll Do at Pega:
- Own and grow consulting revenue through proactive pipeline creation and direct selling of professional services.
- Sell and position consulting offerings as a critical success driver for Pega platform adoption.
- Work alongside Client Executives to influence licence sales and shape delivery strategy across complex engagements.
- Define, scope, and size consulting projects—ensuring clarity of value, commercial structure, and delivery approach.
- Lead executive‐level conversations to articulate ROI, competitive differentiation, and best‐practice implementation methodology.
- Drive advisory‐led engagements using Blueprint and Pega's modern delivery framework.
