We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Network & Security Technical Lead to join our team and support one of our largest global customers in the Luxury industry.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced, international, and highly innovative environment, supporting the deployment, and evolution of mission-critical network and security infrastructures across multiple countries.

The successful candidate will combine expert-level technical knowledge with strong leadership capabilities,



acting as the technical lead for the Global Network Operations team while collaborating closely with Architects, Internal customer stakeholders, NOC department and the PMO to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

The role requires a hands-on professional capable of leading complex deployment projects on Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, driving technical excellence, coordinating engineering activities, and contributing to the continuous evolution of a global enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the Technical Lead for the engineering team;
- Coordinate engineering assignments based on project priorities, technical expertise, workload, and resource availability;
- Collaborate daily with the PMO to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and manage project execution;
- Monitor technical progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively implement mitigation actions;
- Act as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for co
