- Personnel Management
- Supervises approximately six employees (Local Nationals and US) performing duties in beverage service, bowling equipment repair, retail sales, lane and shoe rental, customer service and cash handling.
- Performs supervisory duties which includes assigning work, defining priorities, selecting and recommending applicants for hire, instructing employees on both technical and administrative matters, evaluating performance, recommending pay adjustments and awards, providing or recommending training, approving and/or disapproving leave requests, initiating corrective actions,



and recommending formal corrective/disciplinary actions as warranted. Supervises day-to-day operation of bowling program.
- Program Management
- The incumbent is responsible for the general management, administration and promotion of a 10 lane bowling center, snack bar including alcohol service, a slot/ amusement machine program and recreational bowling leagues, special events and programs.
- Plans, programs, promotes and executes a broad based bowling program comprised of special events, leagues, tournaments, open bowling, parties and other activities designed to maximize participation in accordance with CNIC program standards. Promotes events and programs by speaking to groups of people and using administrative resources to create and post advertising materials, as well as provide input for the monthly newsletter and a variety of print and digital media.
