The role also requires regular coordination with customers, colleagues, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders across different regions and time zones, including daily overlap with the Americas region. The position plays an important role in ensuring accurate information, timely follow-up, smooth operational flow, and consistent support to both customers and the internal team.
Responsibilities

Support daily customer service and operational activities in a fast-paced international environment.
Manage customer inquiries and requests with accuracy, professionalism,



and a strong service mindset.
Process orders and support related administrative activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
Support the preparation and management of shipping and customs documentation when required.
Assist with inventory-related activities, including stock checks, updates, discrepancy follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.
Coordinate with customers, colleagues, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
Follow up on open requests, track pending items, escalate issues when needed, and ensure matters are handled through to resolution.
Use Salesforce, Oracle, and other internal business systems and tools to support daily operations and maintain accurate information.
Contribute to process consistency and continuous improvement by following established procedures and sharing relevant updates with the team.
