We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our Marketing Team.

Your responsibilities will be:

Market and Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities, leveraging insights gathered through subsidiary visits, international trade fairs, industry events, customers, and local sales teams

Product Development & Specification: Lead the development of new products and product variations in collaboration with the Sales Team,



defining product specifications and business cases while ensuring efficient execution from concept to final approval

Collaboration with R&D;: Partner closely with R&D; by providing strategic direction, product requirements, and priorities, ensuring market needs are translated into timely and effective product solutions

Product Launch & Post-Launch Activities: Coordinate successful product launches across all relevant functions and monitor post-launch performance, collecting feedback and implementing improvements where needed

Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for product-related activities and feedback, fostering collaboration between departments throughout the entire product lifecycle

Collaborative Marketing Support: Support the Communication & Marketing teams in developing sales and promotional materials, contributing to the successful positioning and launch o
