assist in the review and adjustment of compensation & benefit policies to ensure they align with equal pay principles, ensuring compliance with the evolving EU Pay Transparency & Benefit Mapping & Valuation: In accordance with a guidebook provided, contribute to the compensation & benefits mapping and valuation process, helping to determine which compensation & benefit elements should be included or excluded from Pay Transparency reporting.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various stakeholders, including Project Overall Lead, HR IT team, Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) Hub Leads, Country HR teams, HR Operations, and Labour Law/Labour Relations and with external consultancy firm and tech solution provider.Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively monitor the progress of tasks within the Compensation Workstream/Employee Benefits Workstream, ensuring deadlines are met and deli
