The role At The Magnum Ice Cream Company, Revenue Growth Management is a critical capability that helps us drive profitable growth through data-driven pricing, promotion, assortment and trade investment decisions.
The Revenue Growth Management Specialist will play a key role in translating market, customer and performance data into actionable recommendations that improve net revenue, profitability and sustainable growth. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams,



you will help shape commercial strategies and deliver insights that influence key business decisions across the Italian Ice Cream business.
Support the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management strategies across pricing, promotions, assortment and mix.
Analyze sales, market and customer data to identify growth opportunities and profitability improvements.
Monitor promotional effectiveness and recommend actions to maximize return on trade investments.
Develop business cases and financial analyses to support pricing and portfolio decisions.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to embed RGM principles into commercial planning.
Build dashboards, reports and performance tracking tools to monitor key RGM KPIs.
Support annual planning cycles, forecast reviews and customer business planning processes.
