Within the Group Reinsurance unit in the Group Head Office we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. Identify Group Business Units reinsurance needs and participate in the process of setting up and evaluating new reinsurance solutions, in collaboration with other Group Reinsurance functions
Collaborate with other Group Reinsurance functions to offer advice and guidance on the drafting of new treaty wording, as well as the revision of existing ones
Master’s degree (or currently completing) in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields
Strong academic background with interest in insurance/reinsurance or P&C; topics
Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel (e.G. pivot tables, basic/advanced formulas)
Proficient in English and Italian. Other European foreign language such as French, German, Spanish will be considered a plus
Presentation skills and good verbal and written communication skills

in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 39K€ and 49K€ . The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
