As part of the Sales team in Eppendorf Italy, responsible for Lombardia and North of Italy, you play a pivotal role as Team Lead by actively coaching, coordinating, and monitoring your team’s sales activities, while also driving direct impact on our customers through your Account Manager responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and contributing significantly to the overall success of Eppendorf.

Responsibilities

- You act as a key sales expert to define sales targets with the Sales Director and support the implementation of the Group/Area/Zone strategy.
- You coordinate, monitor, and review sales activities (account planning, funnel, offers/pricing) to ensure growth and goal achievement.
- You build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and key accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
- You develop and execute strategic account plans,



including upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- As a Team Sales Leader you are responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team to drive performance, harmonize sales approaches, and support long‑term success. The sales team includes both internal direct resources (Account Managers) & external independent sales agencies.
- You participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training/mentoring of new and existing sales team members.
- You balance strategic leadership with hands‑on account management, ensuring both team performance and client satisfaction are prioritized.

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Life Sciences, enabling you to understand our customers’ applications and challenges.
