Topcon is hiring a hands‑on System Test Engineer to test and validate advanced construction and machine control technologies in real field conditions.

System Test Engineer – Construction & Machine Control Solutions
Location: Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy

About The Role
You will validate hardware,



firmware and software releases, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with international teams to ensure our solutions perform reliably for customers using construction equipment in demanding environments.

What You’ll Do

- Run validation tests in lab and outdoor field environments.
- Test hardware, firmware, software releases and new features.
- Investigate issues and document clear, practical findings.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, support and sales teams.

What We’re Looking For

-
- Experience in testing, technical validation, product development or field support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of communication systems such as serial, ISO CAN, radio or machine-to-machine technologies.
- Good English skills and willingness to work in lab, field and international environments.

What We Offer
