The Team supports the CEO, Stakeholders and Business Units in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with M&A; Department and Business Unit General Management.
The Strategic Projects & Integration team is looking for a Project Manager





to work on TeamSystem business developments initiatives and on the value creation plan, with a cross-functional scope and the opportunity to interact with all Business Units and Top Management.
In particular, you will:

Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear requirements, defined scope, and measurable value.
Drive end-to-end project execution by planning timelines, managing milestones and dependencies, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment across business units.
Perform business and data analysis to support decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and track value realization through data-driven insights.
Monitor risks, issues and changes while promoting continuous process improvement and delivering projects on time, with high quality and in line with governance standards.
