claims, underwriting, customer support).In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to redefine the core operative processes, leveraging ML & GenAI techniques to enhance not only efficiency but, most importantly, the overall effectiveness and quality of outcomes.You’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers,
and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that create tangible business value and redefine the future of ops at Prima.What you’ll do:- Lead the end-to-end development of ML & GenAI solutions to transform the operations journey, from problem framing and data exploration to production deployment, tackling business challenges with autonomy and scientific rigor;- Set and uphold high technical standards across multiple AI initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and consistency;- Mentor fellow DSs and accelerate team learning, providing structure in the way of working, and driving a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.What we’re looking for:- Extensive experience (3+ years) in data science or applied machine learning, leading end-to-end initiatives in complex technical domains and delivering measurable business impact through ML and GenAI solutions;- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset able to translate data into i
