In the role of Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for both proactive and reactive sales management, as well as all operational duties for groups and events (accommodations and Food & Beverage functions alike). You will serve as an essential bridge between sales and operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and flawless execution of all events, with a focus on driving revenue through on-property sales opportunities. This position will allow you to sell and operate upscale groups and events, providing in-depth information and excellent knowledge of the territory and hotel operations, ensuring business continuity and a 360° customer service approach.

Primary Responsibilities

- Sales and Lead Management: Promptly respond to event and group inquiries (excluding accommodation or up to 6 rooms), creating detailed proposals, negotiating with clients, and implementing follow-up strategies.



Collaborate with SESO and the Hotel Team for site inspections and group accommodation management. Support the PST Team and SESO in on-property sales initiatives, including familiarization trips.
- Tailored Proposals and Upselling: Create customized event proposals (non-accommodation related) that highlight upselling opportunities through premium packages, additional services (catering, decorations, audiovisual), and exclusive experiences. Identify and promote value-added services to maximize revenue per event.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure all event details, from logistics to setup, are effectively communicated and flawlessly executed. Organize pre-con meetings and support all operational teams. Establish a feedback loop with the SESO Director, Hotel GMs, and Operations to refine sales strategies and event delivery, aligning with our hotels' positioning and ambition plan.
