Contract Logistics Quality Specialist works within Contract Logistics. In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations.‎Working as part of the Customer Service team, the Contract Logistics Quality Specialist will conduct monitoring and supervising activities related to warehouse inventory processes with the aim of improve quality standards and reduce potentials issues with an impact on goods workflow.With this aim, She/He will strictly collaborate with Operations, to share information and proper practices to operate correctly to ensure an efficient goods workflow.How you create impactIn collaboration with Operations, review all relevant goods workflow processes, isolating issues, verifying correct processes, and ensuring that all required quality standards are always metùAnalyse internal and external errors including customer complaints using root cause analysis,
