Job Overview We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Manager based in Milan to support the consolidation and evolution of RIMOND’s IT landscape. The role will contribute to the implementation of IT governance, infrastructure management, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects across the Group. Working closely with senior management and external service providers, the successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and support the standardization of IT processes. The position combines operational responsibilities with project coordination activities and requires a proactive, hands‑on approach in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Support the implementation of the Group IT roadmap and operational initiatives
- Coordinate external IT service providers, monitoring service quality, SLA compliance,



and issue resolution
- Support IT budget tracking and reporting activities
- Contribute to the standardization and governance of IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, cloud services, and end‑user devices
- Manage IT assets (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support software license administration and optimization activities
- Coordinate internal IT support processes, ticket management, and user requests
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and digital efficiency across the organization

Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Support the implementation and maintenance of information security policies and controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 principles
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing activities, and security reviews with external partners
- Assist in maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures
